  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment is received through our approved payment methods.
  • We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
  • In case of technical errors in pricing or product details, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer shipping across India (and internationally if applicable).
  • Estimated delivery time will be communicated at checkout. Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Poorthika Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be provided to the customer.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • If you receive a defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof at info@poorthikajewellers.store.
  • Approved returns must be unused, with original packaging intact.
  • Customised or personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Warranty

  • Our jewellery is made with high-quality materials. However, wear and tear over time is natural.
  • No warranty is provided unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.
