1) Return Period

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • If 7 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

2) Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags, certificates, and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required.
  • Customized, engraved, resized, or special-order items are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.

3) Exchanges for Damaged Products

  • If any product is found damaged upon delivery, an exchange will be provided within 4 days of reporting the issue.
  • Please report damage within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging.
  • Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or provide a prepaid return label as applicable.

4) Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional/free items.
  • Clearance or final-sale products (marked as such on the product page).
  • Pierced jewellery such as nose pins/earrings where hygiene seals are broken.

5) How to Start a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us: Email support@poorthikajewellers.com or WhatsApp +91-XXXXXXXXXX within the applicable period.
  2. Pack securely: Include the product, all accessories, certificates, invoice, and original packaging.
  3. Ship or schedule pickup: We’ll share the return address or pickup details. Keep your courier receipt/tracking ID.

6) Refunds

  • After inspection, we’ll notify you of approval/rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
  • Shipping fees are refundable only for damaged/defective items or incorrect shipments.

7) Condition Checks

  • Returns failing quality checks (used, damaged, missing parts, altered) may be rejected or partially refunded at our discretion.

Note: Poorthika Jewellers reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
